Julian Assange, founder of Wikileaks is arrested on the grounds of sex charges brought by the Swedish authorities. He is in prison in the UK.

Unlike the UK which is experiencing extremely low temperatures, Israel prays for rain after months of drought

“Anonymous” “hacktivist” organisation causes problems with Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. The next point of attention is Twitter. They support freespeech and have targetted these oganisations due to their response to Wikileaks. Latterly they brought down Amazon for 30 minutes.

The Cancun Climate conference continues with 20000+ people attending promoting new ideas to hold back climate change. A deal was reached to contain increases to 2 deg C. HERE

30th Anniversary of John Lennon’s death.

Suicide bomber targets Stockholm in response to Sweden’s involvement in Afghanistan. He is thought to have a property in Luton – the home of the English Defence League.
